RETURNS POLICY:
If your item is not quite right or you've changed your mind, you have 10 days to return it from the date that you received it. If all of the return conditions are met below, we will provide a full refund including return shipping.

Please read the care instructions carefully before washing your products. We will not accept returns on items that have been washed incorrectly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions below:

1. Your item is in the same condition that you received it

2. The item does not have any staining or imperfections

3. The item is returned with the carry bag

Something Snug reserves the right to deny a refund or credit if the item is not returned in the specified condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change of mind. Please take special care with packaging an item to ensure it is returned to us in its original condition.

HOW TO RETURN:

1. Download our Returns Form
2. Fill out the returns form with your order number, name on the order and name of the items you're returning.
3. Please repack your items back in the original packaging, a refund will not be issued if the lounger is returned without the carry bag.
4. Include the completed Returns Form on the inside of your package.
5. Contact us at somethingsnug@gmail.com so that we can organise the shipment of your return.
6. Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will take 3 - 6 days for your return to be processed.
7. After processing has been completed, an email will be sent confirming your refund.
